1. Serverless & Offline-First Processing

Unlike traditional utility websites, PDFCalculate processes your documents (such as PDF merges, splits, watermarks, and page numbers) and calculations 100% client-side inside your web browser.

• Your PDF files and data sheets are never uploaded to our servers.
• All file processing happens in your browser memory via local JavaScript engines.
• We have no ability to read, store, or inspect the documents you process.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information directly when you choose to provide it. This is limited to:

• Email Newsletter Subscriptions: If you voluntarily subscribe to our tax updates and newsletter, we collect your email address. This is stored securely in our database via Supabase and is used solely to email you relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Log Files and Web Analytics

PDFCalculate follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

4. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie & AdSense Disclosures

Google is one of the third-party vendors on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to www.pdfcalculate.com and other sites on the internet.
